Have you read the book Turkey Trouble? If you haven't read it yet, you have to run out and buy it right now and add it to your library!
This is such a great book! We love it and even more importantly,
the children love it!

In the story, turkey is worried that he is going to become the main course for Thanksgiving dinner! So he works on disguising himself to look like the other animals that live on the farm. None of his disguises work until he comes up with the perfect solution at the end! You will enjoy this story, trust us! You will also hear a lot of giggles from your children!

Our Turkey Trouble Treats! pack includes several turkeys with different disguises. Children work in groups to match words or sentences to the correct picture. Just look at these adorable turkeys!
We have also included additional independent work in this pack as well.
Children can design their own turkey with this black and white turkey:

You can see some of their creative designs from last year here.

Also included in this Turkey Trouble Treats pack, but not pictured are:
*various journal responses to the story
*label a turkey sheet
*mixed up sentences that describe turkey's disguise
*a cube game with data collection sheet and graph

We hope you and your students love Turkey Trouble and this fun pack to go along with the book!
If you're doing any future planning, we also have activities here for the Christmas version of the book, Turkey Claus.
