This pack includes several different reading, writing, and math activities to keep your children engaged and having fun!

Disguise Matching
Children work in groups and are given pictures of turkeys in disguise and sentences that they will read and match to the correct turkey. Groups are differentiated based on their ability. Some groups just matched a single word to each turkey and other groups have sentences of varying difficulty.
Just look at these adorable turkeys!

Turkey Dress Up ~ Sentence Building
In this activity children look at two disguised turkeys and try to build a sentence with given words to match each turkey.

Disguise a Turkey!
The turkey needs help finding a new disguise to hide from the farmer. Children will use their creativity to draw a new costume or disguise on their turkey. Here are a few our children came up with:

Writing Prompts and Story Responses
We have included several writing prompts and story responses to go with this book. The skills included are: opinion writing, predictions, character, setting, problem, and solution.

Label a Turkey!
Children will label parts of a turkey using the word bank provided.

Turkey Dress Up Cube Game
Children take turns rolling the cube and tallying each picture that is rolled on their roll and record sheet.
After several turns, children will count up their tally marks and then write a numeral to match. They will then transfer their data to the graph and then answer the questions at the bottom.
Thanks for visiting today! We hope your children enjoy our turkeys in disguise as much as ours do! They are sure to put a smile on their faces! Have a great week!
